Voltage Dance Seattle is a high-energy developmental organization based out of the vibrant South Sound area in Fife, Washington (6828 42nd St Ct E). We are dedicated to providing youth with a dynamic, safe space to learn choreography, teamwork, and self-expression through street, hip-hop, and modern dance forms.

To support our growing competition teams and secure premium studio space in the Seattle-Tacoma metropolitan area, we developed Ray Adventure. This pulse-pounding rhythm and adventure game perfectly captures the electric energy of our dancers. Every play session generates passive revenue that directly funds dance scholarships, travel fees for competitions, and local showcase events. The game is our digital stage.

The Voltage Privacy Protocol

ACTIVATED: APRIL 09, 2026 // OFFLINE MODE

This Privacy Protocol dictates the handling parameters of your information when you engage with the game. At Voltage Dance, we respect your space on and off the digital dance floor.

Ray Adventure executes a strict Zero-Data choreography. We collect NO Personal Data and track NO Usage Data. Your moves remain entirely your own.

3. The Zero-Tracking Routine

Personal Data: We explicitly do not collect personally identifying records. We never request, nor silently siphon, your legal name, physical address, email, phone number, or biometric data.

Telemetry Data: The Application is programmed to block all telemetry. We perform zero collection of IP addresses, device blueprints, playtime duration, or interaction heatmaps.

4. Prohibition of Digital Shadows

The Application contains NO browser cookies, concealed web beacons, advertising pixels, or local storage analytical trackers. You are playing in incognito mode by default.

5. Utilization of Your Data (None)

Because the Organization operates on a strict zero-data baseline, there is zero data accumulated in our servers to utilize. We absolutely DO NOT process information for:

Account creation, digital profiling, or tracking.
Promotional marketing campaigns or SMS blasts.
Application server diagnostics or targeted analytics.
Brokering data to external third-party agencies.

6. Volatile Memory Only

We cannot retain what we refuse to collect. The Organization maintains no external cloud servers containing user activity. Your game progress, unlocked levels, and high scores reside strictly within the localized memory of your executing Device. Deleting the Application permanently wipes this local memory.

7. Halting Cross-Border Packets

With cloud communication deliberately deactivated, absolutely zero data packets are transmitted across state lines or international jurisdictions.

8. Your Authority to Erase

You hold total control over your digital footprint. Because data only exists locally, removing the Application fulfills a complete and irreversible data purge. We require no formal submission request, as we possess no records to modify.

9. Mandatory Institutional Disclosures

Mergers & Restructuring

Should the Organization partner with other dance studios, no user data serves as a transferable asset, because it fundamentally does not exist.

Legal Subpoenas

If compelled by law enforcement to provide user history logs, our factual and legally sound response remains: zero logs are written or stored by this digital executable.

10. Armor Plated Infrastructure

Ray Adventure is compiled as an offline, standalone tool. To prevent side-channel surveillance, we have removed all commercial third-party software kits (SDKs). This guarantees a total absence of advertising networks (e.g., Google AdMob), tracking engines (e.g., Firebase Analytics), and OAuth social sign-ins.

11. Protection of the Youth Crew (COPPA)

Protecting youth dancers is our foundational priority. We do not extract information from anyone, securing total protection for sub-13 users automatically and achieving precise compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

If our Application deploys a link to external dance competition resources, be advised we do not govern those outside networks. Execute caution on external web properties.
